CAS(E) this Sketch #297
Hi there! Here is this week's challenge for CAS(E) this Sketch.
I chose some non-traditional colors for this Christmas card. Does that bug you or are you cool with it? I will always love red and green but sometimes it is fun to do something different. :)
I used some embossing paste to add some "snow" to the background. Then I embossed the Christmas tree (from the No Peeking stamp set, The Stamp Market) with some pink embossing powder. I used the hills stencil from MFT and some light purple ink to make the hill.

CAS(E) this Sketch #294
Playing along with the CAS(E) this Sketch challenge.
The sketch:
I did some partial die-cutting for the word "Celebrate". It took me three tries but I got it! :) I used some clear Wink of Stella on top of the word to make it sparkle.
The background is inked with Distress ink and then inked with the same colors on top of a star stencil. It seemed a little bare still so I added a couple embossed lines and that added just enough. I tried to do sequins but I'm terrible at figuring out where they should go and how many there should be. *rolling eyes*
Thanks for stopping by! :)

Freshly Made Sketches #359
Hi and welcome to this week's Freshly Made Sketch #359. Here's my take on it.
The snowflakes are covered in Prisma glitter and are sooo sparkly in real life. It's hard to capture that in a photograph.
Stamp: Snowfall Style, Papertrey Ink
Watercolor background: Distress Ink in Blueprint Sketch, Shaded Lilac, Picked Raspberry
Dies: Papertrey Ink, SSS
Other: Prisma glittter

I did some gold embossing at the top of the circle.
And one last shot.
Sentiment: Papertrey Ink
Leaves: Hero Arts
Embossed leaves: Papertrey Ink
Stitched rectangle and circle: Mama Elephant
Cardstock: Papertrey Ink
